INFORMATION FOR TEACHERS:

All New Zealand schools automatically qualify for an account with us.
An invoice will be sent out with your purchase and payment is due on the 20th of the month following the date of the invoice.

Office Hours:
Our normal office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Ordering Online:
To order from our online catalogue you will need to first contact us for a password.
Once we receive your order we will advise you if their are any delays beyond our normal delivery period of 2 - 4 days. Ensure you have typed in you name, street delivery address and email information correctly before you submit your order.

Ordering by Phone, Fax or Email:
Download an order form and fax or email your order through to us or alternatively phone your order through. Once we receive your order we will advise you if their are any delays beyond our normal delivery period of 2 - 4 days. On faxes and emails please don’t forget to print your name clearly and include a street delivery address. Some schools are very large and if we don’t have your name and department your order may not find you.

Indent Items
Some items such as etch tanks and oscilloscopes we do not hold in stock. We order these items when you order them and they take approximately 1 to 8 weeks to arrive in our store. You will be advised if anything you order is not in stock.

Freight Charges:
Local Area : up to $6.00 (Auckland)
Rest of North Island : up to $11.00
South Island : $6.00 to $15.00 (depending on whether we can cram it into a satchel or not!)

Rural delivery may incur an extra charge of $2.00

School orders over $400 (ex G.S.T.) are freight free !!!!
